Celcom Axiata Bhd plans to invest RM1 billion in 2011 towards enhancing network coverage, capacity and quality to meet customers' demand for better access and faster connectivity.Of the allocated capital expenditure, 60 per cent would be spent to enhance its data network while 40 per cent would be used to maintain its current operating network.
